4D Ultrasound
Using the 4D scanning technology of our new Voluson 730 ultrasound, we can obtain amazing real time 3D images of the baby with extraordinary detail.
Parents have the chance to see their baby smile, yawn, suck on his or her fingers, scratch his or her nose and exhibit many other behaviours of a newborn baby.
The procedure takes 20-30 minutes and includes a fetal wellness check first followed by some time spent obtaining the best possible images of the baby.
This 4D movie will then be available for parents to take home as a DVD.
The best time in the pregnancy for this exam is at about 25 weeks.
