Primary Care
Dr. McGladdery earned her medical degree from Oxford University in the United Kingdom and has a Master´s Degree in Medical Sciences from Cambridge University.
She trained as a general physician in the UK in Oxford and then in London at St. George´s Hospital Medical School. Dr. McGladdery has extensive experience living and working overseas including Jakarta, Indonesia for 7 years then Moscow, Russia for 3 years where she worked as a family doctor in a 24 hour Emergency Clinic serving the expatriate community.
She has been a member of the Royal College of Physicians since 1991 and is also a member of the American Academy of Urgent Care and the International Society for Travel Medicine.
Dr. McGladdery moved to Budapest in August 2002 and joined FirstMed in 2003 as the Regional Medical Director. She is fully licensed to practice in the UK and Hungary.
Dr. Bene earned her medical degree from the University of Pécs in Hungary, and completed her pediatric residency training program in Baranya County Children´s Hospital, and Somogy County Hospital, Hungary and became board certified in Pediatrics.
Dr. Bene worked as a clinical research fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine (Stanford, California), then she completed a pediatrics residency training program the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo, Ohio.
She received board certification in pediatrics from the American Board of Pediatrics in 2006. Dr. Bene has been a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics since 2002.
She speaks fluent English.
Dr. Boros earned her medical degree from Semmelweis Medical University, Budapest, Hungary and has a Master of Psychology degree from Eötvös Lórand University, Budapest, Hungary.
She completed her residency in pediatrics in Hungary and then pursued a post-doctoral fellowship in Prenatal Care at the University of Alberta, Alberta, Canada.
She is currently the Chairperson of the Pediatrics Department at St John´s Hospital (Szent János Kórház).
Dr. Boros is board-certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Her sub-specialties include: Emergency/Intensive Care Therapy, Neurology and Children´s Psychology.
She speaks fluent English.
Dr. Dános earned her medical degree from Semmelweis Medical University, Budapest, Hungary.
Dr. Dános was a member of the Open Heart Surgery Department of Budapest´s Postgraduate Medical University and then an Assistant Professor in Intensive Care at Péterfy Hospital (Péterfy Kórház). She started developing an interest for Family Practice after having worked 15 years as a doctor.
As part of her continuing education, Dr. Dános has attended conferences on emergency pediatric care, Family Practice and ER observation, and intensive family practice training.
She speaks fluent English.
Dr. Dérfalvi earned her medical degree from Semmelweis Medical University, Budapest, Hungary. In addition to Pediatrics, she is a specialist in Allergology/Immunology and she holds a Ph.D. in Immunology.
She is currently a staff member of the First Department of Pediatrics at the University and she lectures in Pediatrics and Immunology for graduate and post-graduate medical students.
Dr. Dérfalvi took part in fellowship programs in both Europe and the US, she regularly attends international conferences.
She speaks fluent English, German and functional French.
Dr. Györgyi graduated summa cum laude with a medical degree from Semmelweis Medical University, Budapest, Hungary.
She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Chicago, Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Györgyi worked as an Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Indiana University.
She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Her main areas of interest are preventative medicine, female illnesses and endocrinology.
She speaks fluent English.
Dr. Győri graduated cum laude with a medical degree from Semmelweis Medical University, Budapest, Hungary. He then received further education in Family Medicine in the United States.
Dr. Győri is currently the school doctor for the International Christian School of Budapest.

Dr. Luczay graduated summa cum laude with a medical degree from Semmelweis Medical University, Budapest, Hungary. She holds a Ph.D. in Endocrinology and completed her residency as a Pediatrician and Endocrinologist.
She is a staff member of the First Department of Pediatrics at the University, she is the head of the Endocrinological ward.
In addition to Pediatrics, she is a specialist in Endocrinology/Diabetology.
She speaks English and French.
Dr. Móczár graduated summa cum laude with a medical degree from Semmelweis Medical University, Budapest, Hungary. Later she graduated as a doctor-economist from the Corvinus University of Budapest.
Dr. Móczár completed her specialization in occupational healthcare and in family medicine.
She speaks English and has basic knowledge of French.
Dr. Simonkovich graduated summa cum laude with a medical degree from the Medical University in Tirgu Mures, Romania. He received his specialist degree from the Semmelweis Medical University in Budapest, Hungary.
He worked at Ivrey Hospital, Ivrey, France. He currently practices at the Intensive Care Unit at Péterfy Hospital and the Neurosurgical Clinic at OITI (National Intsitute of Neurosurgery).
Dr. Simonkovich received additional training in Pain Management at the University Clinic of Texas Medical University, Lubbock, Texas.
He speaks fluent English and Romanian and is functional in French.
